As Insite Support you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment , however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers. 


We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Insite's and are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by  ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and the customer’s expectations are exceeded whenever possible.

 

Role Purpose

To organise and deliver products to our customers in line with agreed service levels. To accurately receive goods, put away, pick pack and dispatch, focused on % customer service and satisfaction working to the highest of standards to make sure we exceed our customers’ expectations


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately checking and sorting the day’s deliveries.
  • Safely and legally loading and unloading the company van.
  • Ensuring that the vehicle is always presentable, and the daily checks are completed.
  • Maintaining a reasonable level of fuel and fluids in the vehicle at all times.
  • Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is always completed daily.
  • Ensuring that routes are planned in the most appropriate and efficient way.
  • Liaising with the customers on their premises as necessary.
  • Participate in daily 5s duties.
  • Complete other daily duties and reasonable requests from a manager, supervisor or colleague.
  • Participate in regular warehouse team meetings.
  • Unload deliveries on arrival.
  • Check deliveries and identify quality issues, count line and unit values to make sure correct quantities have been received.
  • Put-Away stock in the correct storage solution.
  • Will require a DBS
  • A clean driving licence
  • Warehouse knowledge preferable
  • Good organisation skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
  • Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills
