We are looking for a land consultant for a client of ours who are an independent property company looking to expand their land department.

Area: Sidcup

Company Type: Independent

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm (Every other Saturday, Day off in lieu given) Sat 9am - 3pm

Tasks
  • Generate new business by sourcing land deals
  • Responding to enquiries by phone and email
  • Arrange and conduct viewings if needed
  • Attending land valuations
  • Negotiate offers 
  • Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis


Requirements
