I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Senior Business Analyst opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 2-3 days in the office.

To be considered for this role, you must :
Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst An enthusiasm for change and supporting the business in defining processes which will add value with a keen interest in new technology. Experience of using a broad range of business analysis practices to support change delivery. Good written and presentation skills with an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner. Strong organisational skills and experience in prioritising work to meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead on analysis of complex business processes, demonstrating critical thinking and support the business in making decisions which will drive benefits and add value against its objectives.  Confidently elicit and effectively manage requirements from SMEs both in person and remotely across multiple locations in the UK and overseas. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively delivering key messages, highlighting issues and driving decision making. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussion and to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering key messages and supporting proactive management of issues.
