Maintenance Manager

What you’ll be doing?

As Deputy Maintenance Manager, you will be supervising our on property maintenance team, ensuring the maintenance of the hotel and external building whilst ensuring safe, efficient and cost effective use of staff resources. 

You will liaise with contractors and assist the Maintenance Manager with health and safety, ensuring all company, statutory and legal regulatory requirements are met at all times.

What you’ll need?

The ideal candidate will have previous Facilities/Maintenance experience gained in a front facing customer environment (ideally hotels) as well as having a specialist trade yourself in electrical, plumbing, carpenter or construction.

You will have practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health and safety and fire regulations. You will be a very hands-on person, self-motivated, with a very proactive approach.

Most important is the ability to support a multi task list through effective delegation and follow through to help ensure that maintenance tasks are dealt with as quickly as possible and to high standards, as well as maintaining the PPM for the property.
