The Role: Contract ManagerLeicester
As a Contract Manager atGround Control you will play a vital role in managing our fieldteams and directly employed staff to ensure the timely delivery ofgrounds maintenance work to the highest standard. Reporting to aSenior Contract Manager you will be responsiblefor:
Recruiting and training Field Teams in ourWays of Working and quality standards.
Dailyquality monitoring of Field Teams work.
Linemanagement and performance management of directly employedstaff.
Building and maintaining clientrelationships.
Providing managementreports.
Pricing selling and managinglandscaping work including additional grounds maintenance work andlarge landscaping projects.
