Are you keen to join the UK's leading Water Treatment Company?


WCS Group is currently looking for a Regional Planner to join our team in Bellshill, Scotland.

You will be responsible for planning and scheduling work for our field-based colleagues, ensuring efficient and timely completion of jobs. You will also be the main point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, this role may be a great fit for you

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
  • Provide all required information for each job
  • Organize the use of subcontractors if required, raising purchase orders
  • Understand planning KPIs and monitor revenue
  • Record all relevant information related to jobs
  • Order necessary parts for each job
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar planning role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes is a plus
  • Commercial awareness and decision-making skills
