Job title: Social Value Coordinator
Sector: Construction
Thorn Baker are working with a family-run and well known construction contractor who are looking for a Social Values Coordinator in Bristol to cover projects across the South West. They have been operating for over 100 years and work across a number of sectors including joinery, construction, property development and concrete repairs. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is compassionate with strong ethical values.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to exceed social value targets
- Represent the client at events and conferences
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and local communities
- Monitor and track social value date internally
- Support in the promotion of key initiatives across our marketing channels
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Social Impact-related role or organisation
- Strong ability to positively engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Passion for the principles of Social Value and empathy for social challenges
- Knowledge of Social Value legislation and best practices
- Happy to travel
- Attention to detail
