Your mission: Atthe core of our operations in the Netherlands the Payroll and HRSenior Specialist is going to be responsible for all the HR andPayroll matters for clients and consultants in the region as wellas building and maintaining the relationships with key accounts.Furthermore the role will have the opportunity to manage andsupport additional internationalpayrolls.

KeyResponsibilities:

PayrollProcessing:

  • Process monthlypayroll accurately and on time adhering to Dutch payrollregulations.

  • Calculatesalaries bonuses overtime and deductions in accordance with legalrequirements and companypolicies.

  • Ensure payrolltaxes social security contributions and other statutory deductionsare accurately calculated andprocessed.

  • Addresspayrollrelated queries and discrepancies from employees in a timelymanner.

  • Collaborate with thepension provider for maintaining the pension obligationsuptodate

  • Manage and providesupport with UK and other international payrolls asrequired.

HR:

  • Manageemployee records and ensure data accuracy in compliance withrelevantregulations.

  • Facilitateonboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departingemployees.

  • Handle employeeinquiries regarding HR policies benefits andprocedures.

  • Apply and managecorrespondence for 30% facility tax ruling for eligibleconsultants.

  • Collaboratewith Visa and migration relatedtasks

Compliance andReporting:

  • Stay updated onDutch labour laws tax regulations and other relevant legislationaffecting HR and payrollprocesses.

  • Prepare andsubmit statutory reports including tax filings pensioncontributions and annualdeclarations.

  • Managingyearly audits (NEN44001/SNA) and compliance reviews maintainingaccurate records anddocumentation.

Otherduties:

  • In the EOR Businessbe the main point of information for employees and B2Bclients

  • Support sales withany HR and compliance queries and liaise with the other internalstakeholders

  • Liaise withlocal authorities

  • Otherduties asrequired



Profile:

  • Fluencyin English and Dutch written and spoken is a must for therole.

  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration Accounting or relatedfield.

  • Proven experience inHR and payroll processing in theNetherlands.

  • Previousexperience working with NMBRS will be highlydesirable.

  • Previousexperience in visa application processing would be a greatadvantage.

  • Previousexperience working for an Employer or Record (EOR) or similarindustries.

  • Previousexperience in managing the NEN44001/SNAaudit.

  • Deep understanding ofDutch employment laws tax regulations and immigrationpolicies.

  • Previousexperience working with Expats and international employees will bea great advantage.

  • Excellentattention to detail and accuracy in data management and payrollcalculations.

  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with internal and externalstakeholders.

  • Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
