Job Description

As a Lead Full-Stack Sitecore Developer, you will be at the forefront of our website design and build projects, leading development teams in delivering robust and scalable solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional team members, including Interface developers, designers, and stakeholders, to help architect solutions, develop products, and integrate backend services.

This role requires strong technical expertise in full-stack Sitecore development, ideally with XM Cloud CMS, as well as experience in systems integration and project leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Sitecore developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of full-stack solutions. Work closely with designers and other project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and development methodologies. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Lead efforts in systems integration, including third-party integrations and data synchronisation between different systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in backend systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our technology stacks and improve development processes. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of components. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
