To undertake routine maintenance and repair of a range of electrical, mechanical , building services, plant and equipment buildings building structures, external and internal works and finishes within the Morriston Hospital and community premises and to ensure a safe, pleasant environment for patients, visitors and staff. To support to all maintenance craft trades and provide a semi-skilled Maintenance service to Swansea Bay University Health Board.

Main duties of the job

Predominantly the post will include tasks related to the engineering trade including using technology to record data, but the successful candidate will be required to cover all aspects of estates maintenance. On-site training will be given if required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
