As a Cleaning Supervisor you willbe responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of cleaningstaff ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to highstandards. You will be responsible for inspecting designated areasand ensuring they are cleaned and maintained according to companystandards. Additionally you will be tasked with training newcleaning staff managing schedules and ordering cleaning supplies asneeded.

**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff includingassigning tasks and inspecting work to ensure quality standards aremet
Train new cleaning staffmembers on proper cleaning procedures and safetyprotocols
Maintain cleaningschedules and ensure all areas are cleaned in a timelymanner
Order cleaning suppliesand equipment as needed
Conductregular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standardsare met
Address any issues orcomplaints regarding cleaning services promptly andeffectively
Monitor and maintaininventory of cleaning supplies andequipment
Adhere to health andsafety regulations and company policies at alltimes

**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similarrole
Knowledge of cleaningchemicals and supplies
Strongattention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards ofcleanliness
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
Strong organizational andtime management skills
Physicalstamina and the ability to lift and move heavyobjects

**PreferredQualifications:**
Certificationin cleaning or housekeepingservices
Previous experience in asupervisory role
Knowledge ofOSHA regulations and other relevant health and safetystandards
