• To improve the employability of people who are affected by mental health and Substance issues, to help them gain and obtain sustainably work based opportunities.

 • Through the provision of asset-based employability mentoring.

• To help identify and define individual need in relation to the project outcomes.

• Support individuals with the development of personal action plans to achieve their aims and goals

• To assist individuals in the achievement of training, qualifications, volunteering, and employment.

• To work as part of the Out of Work Service Team ensuring success of the project.

• To liaise with other partners and local community to widen opportunities for those we work alongside

• To actively promote project, attend events show casing project, encouraging participation to the project across Gwent.
