Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a twostageformat.

  • Stage One –Phone interview with the Internal Recruitment Team.
  • Stage Two Inpersoninterview with the Home Manager.



The Candidate:

Workingwithin a team of amazing Nurses and Carer’syou’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of thehomes residents applying sound clinical judgement to manage a widevariety of conditions including dementia. You will lead and empowercolleagues to provide outstanding individualised nursing care andregularly updating personcentred care plans.

Requirements:

  • You willbe a registered nurse RGN RMN or RNLD with Clinical skills and willhave a valid NMC pin.
  • You will bepassionate about caring for the elderly and always strive toprovide great quality care making every day better than the last;promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity toour service users.
  • You’ll beup to date with current evidencebased practice and have a workingknowledge of Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations and willwork using your initiative making effective decisions to improvecare quality.
  • You will be a teamplayer demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will beable to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of amultidisciplined team as a Registered Nurse.
