Customer Onboarding Associate

Employment status: Full-time, Permanent.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Office Location: Stanstead Abbotts, UK.
In this role you will add value to PXP by:
Supporting the configuration of all PXP customer processing systems and supporting the progress and
completion of projects which are undertaken and handled by the onboarding team.
A typical week as an Customer Onboarding Associate might involve:
- Supporting configurations for customer integrations/installations, or enhancements along with any other project-related tasks
- Establishing customer communication contacts and carry out regular and professional updates, delivered via telephone & email.
- Efficiently gathering required information from merchant/business, partners/acquirers etc., to ensure that we as a business, complete projects to the highest standard, within the given timescales.
- Ensuring that relevant information is correctly stored and regularly updated, in line with departmental processes.
- Being highly responsive and proactive to emails and queries the onboarding team receive via email or phone.
- Maintaining systems with required information on orders/ projects to be handed-over to the Support team, ensuring they are well-equipped to support the customer going forwards.
- Collaborating with other internal and external departments/teams to ensure a quick and smooth onboarding.
- Performing investigations to diagnose and resolve issues in quick time.
- Facilitating client introductions to discuss onboarding plans.
- Daily project reviewing and follow up.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficient Microsoft Windows/ Office knowledge.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication.
- The ability to work efficiently and confidently with other departments within the business, in order to obtain and gather relevant information.
- Demonstratable professional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstratable Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- The ability to help and motivate team-members, to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service.
