Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are currently looking for a Regional Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in i54 Wolverhampton.

As a Regional Process Engineer, your role will encompass all aspects of Manufacturing Process Engineering across the EMEAA region. You will be integral in designing, implementing, and optimising processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining brassware, ceramic, and electroplating processes, overseeing electroplating operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals across the UK. Additionally, you’ll support engineering prototype validation activities, new product launches, and conduct risk assessments and quality control procedures.

Hours of Work: Full-Time, Permanent

Regional Process Engineer Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process development within Manufacturing or Process Engineering environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive to learn.
  • Experience with the Core Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
  • Hands-on engineering aptitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
