Job Description

Grosvenor Casino, Southend

Joining as a trainee dealer opens up an exciting career in the Casino industry with roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector and Gaming Supervisor all part of a progression route with the chance to step into a management role. The Casino industry is different, there’s nothing really like it, and its one that many of our team love to work in. It really is a million miles from a boring 9-5. Dealing is a licensed, responsible position and the job comes with many great benefits & opportunities.

As a trainee dealer, you'll participate in our exclusive Grosvenor Gaming Academy, where you will master dealing popular games such as Roulette & Blackjack equipping you with the essential skills and confidence for success.

Qualifications

A fantastic personality Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice. Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must be 18+ & have right to work in the UK

£ per hour + £1,000 joining incentive paid in 2 installments (T's & C's apply) A share of uncapped tips  Paid breaks Premium pay allowance after midnight (£1 per hour) 50% off food and soft drinks across all Grosvenor Casino & Mecca Bingo venues

This is a permanent position - the paid training will run for 40 hours per week for 4 weeks.
