Account Executive

Description:
An outstanding opportunity awaits a highly talented individual eager to become part of this dynamic Landlord Partnerships team. As an Account Executive within this team, your mission will be to unlock new opportunities within the city by identifying and securing spaces for the myriad of innovative ideas submitted to our platform daily. This role involves actively seeking out, engaging with, and guiding landlords through the onboarding process to ensure they are ready to operate on our platform. You will address and solve system inefficiencies, contributing significantly to the team's efforts in streamlining operations. Immersed in the UK Property market, you will quickly become recognized as a pioneer and a leader of thought.

Role Overview:
  • Engage in Business Development activities, focusing on building, managing, and closing a pipeline of prospective Landlord partners.
  • Explore the city to understand who owns the spaces and directly pitch our business to them, both in person and over the phone.
  • Seek out new opportunities to increase our space offerings by networking extensively, attending relevant events, and utilizing any means necessary.

Requirements:
  • A proactive approach to sales, with a knack for making connections and closing deals over the phone.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a keen focus on achieving sales targets.
  • A resilient character always on the lookout for new opportunities.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in outbound sales within a target-driven setting, with a proven passion for sealing the deal.
  • Innovative thinking, with a proactive approach to addressing potential issues before they arise.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and a high level of enthusiasm for your work.
  • A unique blend of courage, drive, and diverse experiences.
  • A keen interest in technology, startups, the city of London, and a vision for its improvement.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Real Estate sector is advantageous but not essential.

Salary range:
£35,000 to £50,000 + commission
