We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist to work at our two practices, Rees Veterinary Centre and All Creatures Veterinary Centre.

Location: Warrington (to be based across Rees and All Creatures, but be able to cover other practices)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 19.00 with a 1:4 share in the Saturday rota

What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:

Previous Receptionist experience is essential , veterinary experience is a plus Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations An excellent communicator with strong empathy Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
