Telemarketing Assistant

TheRole:

We are seeking a motivatedand dynamic Telemarketing Assistant to join our energetic team.This position plays a crucial role in generating leads enhancingcustomer relations and contributing to the overall growth of ourbusiness. You will be the first point of contact for potentialclients tasked with informing them about our products and servicesand assessing their needs to identify opportunities for our salesteam.

• Initiatingtelephonic conversations with potential clients to introduce ourproducts and services.
• Identifying customerneeds and assessing their interest in ourofferings.
• Scheduling appointments for thesales team with qualified leads.
• Maintaining adatabase of customer information andinteractions.
• Meeting or exceedingtelemarketing performance targets.
• Providinginsights to the team on customer feedback and markettrends.

• Monday to Thursday between88 and Fridays till1pm.

Location:Weare based in Tattenhall so we would be looking for people who livewithin the Chester and Wrexham area.
