You’ll be a Generalist HR Manager aligned to support one of our SBUs and may be required to rotate to work on different accounts over time

Your Role
As a self-starter who is eager to learn, is proactive, motivated, and collaborative, you will:
Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including people management education & training. Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on case management with resolution at the heart. Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions. Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management.You can bring your whole self to work. Your skills and experience
Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end-to-end case management. Be able to prioritise effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines. Thrives in a fast paced environment, as an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn. Be an articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engages with a wide network of stakeholders and manages their needs. CIPD qualified
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
