Role: Pizza Chef
Location: Yarmouth

Rate of pay: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour + holiday pay

Platinum Recruitment are supporting a holiday park in the Yarmouth area who are looking for an Pizza Chef to assist them until the 30th August.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1100-1600

Tuesday and Thursday 1100-2000

Duties to include:

• Ensure cooking stations are sanitised and prepped with necessary tools
• Prepare and store pizza dough
• Prepare pizza sauces
• Order supplies, maintain inventory, create budgets to ensure profitable food cost
• Train other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform
• Checks quality of pizzas before they're served to guests
• Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Collaborate with staff on menu items
• Make sure the kitchen is clean and sanitised
