The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital provides a wide range of secondary acute care for 560,000 people in the South Side of Glasgow, and also a number of specialist services on a tertiary basis for the West of, or the whole of Scotland. The Division also has a sound academic and research base and an excellent teaching reputation with close links to the University of Glasgow. You will be based in the Department of General Surgery, South Sector, which incorporates the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Gartnavel General Hospital and will be joining a team of FY1s.
