We are currently seeking a dedicated andexperienced Spanish Teacher & Subject Lead for aprestigious girls school in Westminster. As the Spanish Teacher &Subject Lead you will have the opportunity to make a significantimpact on the education and development of students. This rolerequires someone with a passion for teaching Spanish and theability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their fullpotential. You will be responsible for delivering engaging andinteractive Spanish lessons as well as leading and coordinating theSpanish curriculum within the school.
In additionto teaching responsibilities you will also have the opportunity tocontribute to the overall development and improvement of theSpanish department. This may include developing and implementingeffective teaching strategies creating and evaluating assessmentsand providing guidance to other Spanish teachers within theschool.

- Planand deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons tostudents
- Develop and implement effectiveteaching strategies and resources
- Assessstudent progress and provide constructivefeedback
- Coordinate and lead the Spanishcurriculum within the school
- Provide guidanceand support to other Spanishteachers
- Participate in extracurricularactivities and events
- Maintain accurate recordsof student attendance andperformance
- Bachelorsdegree in Spanish or a related field
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalentcertification
- Proven experience in teachingSpanish to secondary students
- Strong knowledgeof Spanish culture and language
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Abilityto inspire and motivate students
- Strongorganizational and time managementskills
- Familiarity with curriculum standardsand assessmentmethods
