The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager forour Commercial Branding and Transportation Division , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading our reignited end-user, customer focused key account activity within UK&I and EMEA

Implementing a key account strategy calling on some of the biggest Brands, Retailers and Fleet owners across the UK

You will determine our approach, our priorities and how we understand our customers to create more intimate relationships that will in turn lead to sustainable profitable sales growth.

You will support and be part of the growing EMEA team of key account managers, sharing success and learning from each other.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Experienced concept and specification selling skills

Key account development and management experience

Experience and understanding of the B2B retail and design market

Full set of Microsoft 365 and collaboration skills

Prioritisation and interpersonal skills

Strong desire for success

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

Previous experience of selling graphic solutions into the rail/fleet/retail sectors

Location Specifics:

Ideal candidate to be located within easy reach of Greater London

Home based supported by ‘Work Your Way’

Travel: Expect to be able to travel consistently around the UK and potentially across EMEA region
