The Role:

In this role you will be working with suppliers of goods, services and your role would include:

  • Liaising with all sites and functions to ensure timely payments of suppliers.
  • Reconciling all payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identification of payments duplications to ensure overpayments are not made.
  • Investigation and resolving of any queries.
  • Complete month end payment runs.

We are looking for someone with a curious nature who is not afraid to question and challenge to ensure that things are correct. We want a self-sufficient person who can manage their workload and take responsibility. We would also expect you to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
