About us

We are extremely proud to have been one of the first trusts in the country to pioneer integrated care. We see everyone as an individual and our 6,500 dedicated staff are passionate about working with people on what matters to them. We focus on solutions and people's strengths. We encourage outside the box thinking and confidently work outside of traditional organisational boundaries to do what is right for the people we support.

As innovators in health and social care we are looking towards a future where we will continue to be at the cutting edge of integrated care models for future generations.

The special projects manager role offers the ability to work on a range of projects which will improve the outcomes for clients and the efficiency and effectiveness of services.

Seeing the benefits that a project can have to clients and the population we serve is the most rewarding part of the role, but projects will also have a range of deliverables which will aim to ensure the organisation or service is continually improving and learning.

The role provides the ability for the post holder to scope, shape, and plan a project seeing it through from planning to implementation and embedding the improvement into everyday business.
