My client is a market leader in mental health social care across the South East, you will be running a 16 bed home in Bexhill.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the development of their residential service in Bexhill for adults with Mental Health needs. The role will involve working with local authorities to select placements to fill the full 16 spaces. You will also be recruiting your own staff to grow as new placements are added.
There will be a limited requirement to travel to Kent (Gillingham, Maidstone) and Bognor Regis so that you can be properly inducted into the business, get to know the clients\' other services, registered managers etc. This is likely to be limited to a few days, and they will fund any travel and accommodation costs relating to this.
Standard Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
25 days holiday per year (+ bank holidays)
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced registered manager with a residential and mental health background who is Qualified to QCF Level 5 (or equivalent). You will ideally have existing relationships / experience with commissioners / brokerage / social workers at West Sussex County Council. Any experience of launching a new service and/or filling multiple service vacancies from scratch would also be desirable.
