Exciting security opportunity in Macclesfield with Securitas We're seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team, working 42 hours a week across days, nights, and weekends.

As a Security Officer, your commitment to customer service creates a positive and secure environment. Your proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, enhances the efficiency of our operations. Holding a Full Clean UK Driving License, you bring a level of mobility and versatility to the role.

Your ability to work both in a team and independently showcases your adaptability. Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems ensures a comprehensive understanding of our security infrastructure.

Job Opportunity
  • Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.
  • Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.
  • Visitor/contractor Management
  • Good timekeeping & sickness record
  • Excellent customer service
  • Customer Service
  • IT Literate (Word,Excel,Outlook)
  • Full Clean UK Driving License
  • Work both in a team and independently 
  • Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems
  • Patrolling the site
  • Locking/Unlocking
  • Assisting visitors & Contractors 
  • Responding to site emergencies 
  • Maintain a safe enviroment for staff and visitors
  • Comply with carrying out other duties reasonably requested from the customer or line manager

Essential Skills
  • SIA Licence
  • Right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Previous security experience preferred but not required
