As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in headhunting, attracting, and aligning suitable candidates with specific roles within our Trusts. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and nurturing relationships through a customer-centric approach, ensuring a streamlined process for both workers and clients. Collaborating closely with our On-Boarding team, you will facilitate the timely compliance of candidates, ensuring they are prepared to commence work seamlessly.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates by addressing their queries promptly. Overseeing the recruitment process for our healthcare workers, ensuring smooth operations from sourcing to placement. Utilising diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Social Media, internal databases, headhunting, referrals, and campaigns to attract new candidates. Conducting discussions with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications, aligning them with client requirements effectively. Collaborating closely with the bookings team to maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
