Production Planner

As a Production Planner you'll be working on a 4O4O shift pattern - 05:30 - 18:00. You will take part in the Scheduling of the production lines and the materials required for product assembly. The role is factory and office based, so you'll be working in a busy FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

In your first few weeks in this Production Planner role, you can expect to:

• Create and manage daily scheduling processes, ensuring planned targets are met
• Pivotal interface between planning (supply management) and production to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
• Key support to production management on daily operational deliverance
• Material management and utilisation, including WIP management
• Optimise and balance production lines for best efficiency
• Commercial focus on minimising waste and optimising raw material usage
