Spa Receptionist - Part Time - Weekends

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get a foothold in the spa industry to join our team at Aberdeen's newest spa within the Sandman Signature Hotel in the city centre. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a real passion for working in a luxury Hotel Spa and have a flair for delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients.

Hours of work may vary slightly but will generally be around 5 to 6 hours every Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 6pm.


Responsibilities


  • Manning our spa reception desk during busy weekends.
  • Welcoming clients, explaining the facilities and making them comfortable.
  • Answering calls, managing the booking system, handling questions and queries.
  • Assisting the manager and therapists where necessary.
  • Helping to keep the spa immaculately clean.
  • Liaising with hotel reception.
  • Processing payments and charges.

Requirements


  • A good telephone manner, immaculate presentation and a welcoming personality are essential.
  • Some Spa or beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance.
  • Experience of customer service roles are advantageous.
