As a Sales Executive you will:

  • Create and follow up on new and existing leads.
  • Ensure the customer database is updated on a daily basis.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, recommending and demonstrating correct products for their needs.
  • Promote the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Prepare and maintaining high standards with all show homes and on-site marketing.
  • Work as part of a park team you will be focused on consistently delivering a five star service.
  • Complete sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business
