We are lookingfor a Project Manager to look after the daytoday project managementof upcoming telecoms projects and BAU works to ensure they arecarried out diligently and accurately. A professional andconfidential manner will be required at alltimes.

You will be responsible foroverseeing all field activities and staff to ensure that productionfinancial control and site activities are managed to the higheststandards in all areas of delivery. Principal duties includeworking with the Operations Management team and contractors toensure the most efficient and costeffective approach is used todeliver an outstanding level of service whilst maintaining thehighest standards of health safety and quality.

  • Anindustry applicable qualification is very desirable (Prince2 orAPM)

  • Updatevarious databasesdaily

  • Answeringcalls and liaising with clients/local authorities/subcontractorscompetently
  • Manageclient/contractor expectations within the context of Gigaclear andtheir commitment to continuing their longstanding relationship withthisclient
  • Trackand manage scheduling and noticing of scheduledworks
  • Ensuringthat the key deliverables within each stage of the projects arebeing administered to the highestquality
  • Assistingcolleagues and coworkers with ad hoc duties asrequested
  • Responsiblefor own health and safety and adhering to company policy andprocedures
  • Responsiblefor ongoing personal development to assist thebusiness
  • Anyother duties commensurate with the accountabilities of thepost.


What will you be doing? As a Project Manager, your coreresponsibilities will be Update various databases daily Interpretcontract commitments Take a pro-active approach with the forwardplanning and reporting of the project Be creative and findinnovative ways to improve the project. Create monthly reportsAnswering calls and liaising with clients/localauthorities/subcontractors competently Manage client/contractorexpectations within the context of Gigaclear and their commitmentto continuing their longstanding relationship with this clientTrack and manage scheduling and noticing of scheduled worksEnsuring that the key deliverables within each stage of theprojects are being administered to the highest quality Assistingcolleagues and co-workers with ad hoc duties as requestedResponsible for own health and safety and adhering to companypolicy and procedures Responsible for ongoing personal developmentto assist the business Any other duties commensurate with theaccountabilities of the post.
