Thisis a fantastic opportunity for a naturally driven sales person tobe part of a bgym in the heart of Colchester. Energie Fitnessis anexciting gym franchise with more than 100 clubs currently open inthe UK with customer service at its core.

We arelooking for a naturally proactive focused sales driven individualto be part of our Membership Sales Team who can generate freshleads and convert them into membership sales.

Youwill have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident infacetoface meetings and on the telephone. Ideally you will be adeptat social media and full of ideas how to reach prospective newmembers in the local area. You will also be processing membershipadmin and assisting existing members to gain the most from theirmembership.

Requirements:

Ahighenergy extroverted personality * Naturally sales focused andtarget driven. * Preferably experienced in selling * Approachableand personable with a sense of fun * Adept at SocialMedia

Responsibilities andDuties

Promoting and representingthe Energie brand by generating awareness of the new club withinthe local catchment area.

* Recruit new membersin order to achieve set sales targets.

* Provideprecise information to prospective members in an efficient andprofessional manner.

* Communicate with prospectsby phone email and faceto face * Planning and running marketing andmember events in and out of club

* Undertakedaily operational duties around club including but limited toresetting the gym floor cleaning gym equipment general housekeeping and service duties.

* Open and closingshifts of the club including early late middle and weekend shiftson a rota basis as per the businessneeds.

Qualifications andSkills

Our ideal candidate willhave experience selling in a target driven environment and willhave excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Previoushandling of business social media accounts is an advantageparticularly Facebook and Instagram.

However yourpersonality customer service focus drive and energy is morevaluable thanexperience.
