The Aspire Training Team are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete their Level 3 in Business Administration to work as an Office Administrator at UMC Air Conditioning.
UMC Air Conditioning is based in Dorset and offer a nationwide service. We deliver Air Conditioning and Dehumidification equipment and services to a wide range of customers: High Street Retail, Schools, Hotel and Catering Industry, Housing Associations, Sports & Leisure Centres, Server Rooms, IT Suites and Commercial applications

Key responsibility and duties:
Book transport and accommodation as required for staff and clients. Organise necessary permits and handle documentation related to office and project needs. Assist in planning and organising company events, conferences, and meetings. Order and manage stationery, office supplies, and furniture to ensure all resources are available. Prepare letters, presentations, and reports; maintain accurate records and documentation. Act as a point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Utilise various software packages to complete tasks and support office functions. Assist with job allocation and ensure job sheets are processed accurately and efficiently.Requirements;
GCSE or Equivalent Drive or car share – Although the Industrial estate is on a bus route, it maybe difficult to get to unless you can drive or car shareHours;
The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week UMC Air Conditioning is open from 09.00 – 17.00 Monday- FridayBenefits;
