Job Description Heads global portfolio definition for a specific product field or cluster ( DIY Outdoor Cleaning and Gardening)  Assures that brand management requirements ( positioning, marketing concept) are consequently reflected by the product portfolio  Consolidates for a specific field regional portfolio requirements into a global product portfolio Aligns global product portfolio needs with the respective product segments in global product management  Considers all relevant dimensions to prioritize roadmaps: Focus trade needs, regional targets and strategic topics  Aligns portfolio requirements with Global Portfolio Experts for other portfolio fields to ensure maximum market impact  Aligns roadmaps with other BUs to ensure cross-BU solutions with highest relevance for our target groups  Assures high quality product requirements specification to product management to support speed and success in product development Systematically monitors regional business situations (market shares, competitor activities, etc.)  Deeply understands competitive environment across various regions around the globe  Occasional Regional and international travel will be required dependent on business needs 

Qualifications

Academic degree in marketing, business or a related field  Very good knowledge of Outdoor and Gardening business, User Groups, Toolbags and related Product Portfolio needs  Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior global Product Marketing role  Marketing & Sales knowledge – ideally in Global Product Marketing  International experience preferred  Strong analytical skills and Entrepreneurial thinking and acting  Experience in a leadership role  Strong communicator – on all hierarchy levels  Decision-making and result orientation  Proactive, self-motivated strategic thinker  Open and collaborative team player  Positive “can do” mentality
