LeadershipandManagement:
- Leadand manage the Adult Safeguarding and Adults MultiAgencySafeguarding Hub Services.
- Act asthe lead social work professional for all social care staffoffering expert advice andsupport.
- Provide strategicleadership in safeguarding governance practice and statutory dutycompliance for DMT SAB and RegulatoryBodies.
- Oversee the implementationof the Liberty Protection Safeguard (LPS) changes ensuring practicestructural and technological requirements aremet.
- Leadand manage the Adult Safeguarding and Adults MultiAgencySafeguarding Hub Services.
QualityAssurance and PracticeDevelopment:
- Drivecontinuous improvement in practice quality and effectiveness acrossthe ASCS workforce.
- Implementnational and international guidelines auditing and assuring servicequality against standards.
- Lead thedevelopment and delivery of policies training guidance and qualityassuranceprocesses.

StrategicLeadership andCollaboration:
