Purpose of the job

Our client is a global leader in the Tech Industry. As the Regional Design Lead you will be an integral part of their Ads Marketing Team. You will work closely with the client to fully understand their creative “self-sufficiency” objectives, build a strategy to achieve this, and lead the implementation in collaboration with the HH account leadership team. The long term aim is to build a team of skilled, in-house designers for which you will take responsibility. Under your leadership, the team will deliver high quality creative assets to support various campaigns across paid media, and digital campaigns for social, and other platforms. At the same time, you will be required to fully understand our client’s brand guidelines, and execute design projects either independently or working with other partner agencies.

You will demonstrate a passion for innovation and AI integration into creative production, and use your understanding of this area to explore credible AI / automation tools to implement in the design process.

Key Responsibilities

To fully understand the client objectives, and build and execute a strategy to achieve this. Develop creative solutions in line with the client’s marketing strategy. Manage and take responsibility for the creative output of the team you build, from brief, strategy, production and execution Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team. Be aware of on-going basis of design trends, and take a pro active approach to new creative innovations and the AI industry.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

BA / BSc in a graphic design related discipline Client-centric. This role is entirely focused on the client's needs. Experience of client liaison, verbal and written, at mid-management level. Demonstrate previous success in building and executing a client focused strategy. Strong presentation skills. Experience in design for digital paid media campaigns (social), in a variety of formats.  An understanding of best practices for a variety of digital / social platforms. Experience in B2B marketing design is beneficial, but not essential. Excellent creative and technical skills in digital design, and strong attention to detail essential. Able to quickly pick-up a client’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Suite.  Some experience in using Figma. Desirable to have After effects/Premiere Pro/Blender experience Skilled with retouching, concepting, typography, composition and storytelling Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check. Excellent time management and personal organisation, with proven leadership skills.
