Job Description

As a Head Housekeeper, you will...

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas perfectly, ready for our customers Ensure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills​ Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team​ Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines​ Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience​ Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry​ A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Excellent time management and an eye for detail
