We are recruiting for a Tours Assistant inthe Belfast City Centre Area. The rate of pay will be 12.80 perhour. The hours of work are 9am5pm Monday toFriday.

Your Duties will include:

  • To assist inconducting tours for our client.
  • To assist withresearching and updating art and artefact displays exhibition areasand historical library information.
  • To deliverthe training supervision and deployment of the casual tour guidesas directed by the Function ManagementAssistant.
  • Assisting in the counting andrecording of all donations made by the public for the developmentof the tour service in line with subsisting financial andcashhandling procedures.
  • To assist with thegeneral office administrative and clerical workload of the unitincluding but not limited to answering telephone calls dealing withenquiries filing managing the booking diary and compilingstatistical information andreports.

What we needfrom you:

  • 4 GCSEs orEquivalent
  • Previous experience of VisitorExperience/Tour Guiding
  • Previous experience inan admin based role
