The role holder will be responsible for facilitating and handling training requirements for the managed maritime, offshore, and offshore wind clients within the TMS, ensuring that all compliance and client SLA’s and commitments are met and managed.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and industry bodies to ensure training needs are identified and assisting in reviews of client vessel's training matrix Administration of all course bookings using customer booking management system Process booking for customer delegates in the most suitable location and cost-effective manner for delegates Ensuring comprehensive reporting on compliance, bookings and utilisation of courses and providers to internal and external stakeholders. Uploading of certificates, course reports and other documentation as required to the appropriate systems. Develop and build strong working relationships with customers, continually building on professional network. Proactively work with third-party training providers to build relationships, understand business needs, and collaborate with Global Business Development Lead on business opportunities. Develop and support internal stakeholders within NMG, collaborating with other business units within the global group. Ensure that client agreements are followed and managed appropriately. Effectively handle inbound queries through all communication channels, with a key focus on inperson client meetings where possible. Offer routine guidance to clients and other internal and external stakeholders on seafarer and crew training issues, referring detailed enquiries to the appropriate manager. Invoice management and coordination, ensuring that all invoices/payments are made in line with client and Company agreements. Travel as required Any other duties, which may not be related to your role, as directed by your Line Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

Sound education at Higher level or equivalent experience Knowledge of industry related training and coordination of training requirements Demonstrable experience in a training team Extensive administration and organisational skills Extensive experience with MS office packages Excellent interpersonal skills – with an ability to converse with diverse stakeholders

Desirable

Knowledge and experience in the maritime industry would be desirable Seagoing experience
