            Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but notlimitedto):

             All hotel features / services hours ofoperation

             Hotel function space entertainment options menus and floraldecorationoptions

             Hotel safety guidelines and evacuationplan

             Scheduled daily groupactivities

 

            Maintain high level of knowledge of competitorsproduct

 

            Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner using Hotelstelephone etiquette guidelines. Handle telephone enquiriesaccording to departmentalprocedure

 

            Liaise with banquet team to ensure correct setup of function tomeet clientsneeds

 

            Arrange site inspections for potentialclients

 

            Promote positive relations with guests and attend to all requestsexpediently andcourteously

 

            Acknowledge and handle guests complaints and comments tactfully andefficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities tomanagement

 

            Followup with inhouse events to ensure ongoing service to theguest

 

            Develop professional relationships with key players in thedesignated Market segment to buildbusiness

 

            Maintain good relationships with counterparts at competinghotels

 

            Upsell and promote hotels facilities and services  atevery available opportunity in order to maximize salesrevenue
