We are seeking a dedicatedcleaner to join our team and maintain cleanliness within a facilitythat we manage. The ideal candidate will be responsible forensuring that all assigned areas are kept clean sanitary andpresentable at all times. Duties include dusting vacuuming moppingfloors cleaning surfaces and disposing of waste. The cleaner willalso be expected to restock supplies report maintenance issues andfollow established safety procedures. The successful candidateshould have physical stamina attention to detail and the ability towork efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise designated areas including restrooms offices andcommon areas.
Dust surfacesfurniture and fixtures.
Vacuumand mop floors as needed.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designatedcontainers.
Restock cleaningsupplies and toiletries.
Reportany maintenance or repair issues to the appropriatepersonnel.
Follow establishedsafety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at alltimes.

Requirements:
Provenexperience in cleaning or janitorial servicespreferred.
Physical stamina andthe ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaningtasks.
Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and a team playermentality.
Flexibility to workevenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipmentpreferred.

Hoursof work for this position is 15:30 17:30 Monday to Friday 39 weeksper year
