D365 Product Support Specialist

Our IT team are looking for an experienced D365 Product Support Specialist to join the team.
As we embark on a transformation of our technology landscape, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Sales senior support specialist. Someone who can administer our environments and work with the business to understand their needs to be able to guide them within the technology.
What you will be doing
Play a key role as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales technical expert and system administrator Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 issues Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems Manage platform upgrades and release Create and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with the team Provide end user support as the technical SME Capture, triage and support the resolution of technical bugs Collaborate on the technical architecture in the D365 landscape
Your skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales design, custom configuration, integration and deployments Deep level knowledge of permissions/security roles and impacts across D365 products Knowledge of power platform environment setup and administration across multi D365 product usage Implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities Be a team player with the ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment Knowledge of the D365 Sales product roadmap and new features with a focus on CRM Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written Highly detail-oriented and organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a sometimes fast-paced environment in order to meet assigned deadlines
