Areyou an Insurance Underwriter looking to supercharge your ss andtake your career to the next level Weve got just the thing for youOur client is on the hunt for a talented Technical Underwriter (akaInherent Defects Underwriter) to join their team in Manchester. Asa key player in this role youll be responsible for technicalunderwriting policy wordings and contractual doentation the perfectopportunity to expand your expertise and make a realimpact.

Responsibilities:
*Drive improvements in quality and currentpractices
*Ensure all legal regulatory and compliance requirements aremet
*Deliver topnotch internal technical underwriting services byevaluating and ysing applications to determine risk levels andcoverlimits
*Use data ytics to identify patterns trends and areas forimprovement in underwriting processes andpricing
*Collaborate with the claims department to review and yse claimsdata identifying potential areas of underwritingimprovement
*Participate in internal and external audits to ensure underwritingpractices comply with company standards and regulatoryrequirements
*Contribute towards loss ratio control by effectively adhering tothe companysplans
*Perform other reasonable duties igned by the Head of TechnicalUnderwriting
