We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accounting Manager to join the team based in Alderley Edge. As the Management Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in Group Finance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and providing valuable insights and analysis to senior management with a particular focus on our cost expenditure. This position requires excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

About the role
Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support. Responsible for the team that produces accurate, controlled month end management accounting for Group costs. Ensures integrity in the balance sheet of the management service company; and Manages supplier payments through our Accounts Payable team. Responsible for the design, build and operation of processes ensuring integrity, control, and efficiency. Accountable for issuing regular reports including for example cost/budget variances facilitating business partners to challenge cost utilisation across the business. Provide insightful commentary on variances. Prepare standardised monthly management information reports. Prepare ad hoc management information reports and deal with queries.About you
Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, CHAE or equivalent). Experience of financial systems and strong working knowledge of management accounting and MI principles Leadership and line management experience. Experience of change projects. Experience of maintaining strong relationships with business units and other non-finance colleaguesAbout Royal London
