A rare opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, engaging and caring individual who has a passion & enthusiasm for providing a luxurious level service to help shape the spa offer at our new flagship leisure hub St Sidwell’s Point, facilities includes four treatment rooms and thermal facilities.

About you

We’re looking for a spa therapist with excellent customer service skills, who have the ability to make each and every one of our guests feel comfortable and special. You’ll be able to deliver exceptional therapies from spa massages to facials and beauty treatments and ensure that the spa is well maintained, clean and presentable. You should have a NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (GCMT or equivalent certificate, Level 3 CPD Accredited Beauty Therapy) as well as being able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control and money handling.
