Our Client is about to undergo a major upgrade of their JDE systems. For this project, they are seeking both remote and hybrid JDE specialists to assist with this critical transition.

What You'll Do: As a JD Edwards Developer and Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining effective solutions that meet the business requirements. Your duties will include:

  • Designing scalable solutions in collaboration with various teams and functional areas
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Collaborating with consultants, implementation managers, and client IT resources to develop, test, and implement products
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables through development testing methods and code reviews
  • Implementing security measures in accordance with IT policy and best practices
  • Monitoring system performance and logging via JDE Server Manager
  • Maintaining compliance with change management policies
  • Contributing to the development of technical designs, code, and unit testing for E1 platforms
  • Configuring E1 software to match business requirements
  • Participating in application development and deployment processes
  • Providing support and assistance to resolve technical issues as they arise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience with JD Edwards Enterprise as a developer consultant
  • Solid expertise in JDE Financials Modules and/or Manufacturing Modules
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Highly adaptable and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the latest JD Edwards Standard Development Toolsets and debugging tools
  • Expert knowledge of JDE table structure and dependencies
  • Familiarity with JDE E1 project promotions, package builds, and deployments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of E1 Orchestrations
  • Experience with multiple cloud and on-premises technologies
  • Understanding of cyber security threats and the ability to implement appropriate measures
