Job Description
As a Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall business objectives.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency.
Implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate processes for improvement.
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
Implement and monitor quality control processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Communicate operational updates and key metrics to leadership
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Operations Manager role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution. Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
