Role Highlights:
- Lead on-site operations for a major highway project
- Oversee a range of tasks including Earthworks, Retaining Structures, and Drainage
- Coordinate the installation of gantries and other smart motorway technologies
- Ensure project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver excellence

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically on highway or similar large-scale projects
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing construction teams
- In-depth knowledge of Earthworks, Retaining Structures, and Drainage
- Familiarity with smart motorway technologies and their implementation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
